Meaning

Pure Rejuvenation And Natural Alignment

PRANA stands for Pure Rejuvenation And Natural Alignment. It reflects the belief that true wellness begins with the breath, flows through daily choices, and is nurtured by a balanced relationship between body, mind, and spirit.

In Ayurvedic philosophy, prana is often understood as the life force that moves through all living beings. At PRANA, this idea inspires a gentle approach to wellness: restoring vitality, supporting natural balance, and encouraging simple rituals that help people feel more aligned in everyday life.

The Meaning Behind Our Emblem

The PRANA emblem is a modern mandala inspired by ancient Vedic geometry, symbolizing the eternal flow of life force known as prana in Ayurvedic philosophy.

At its core, the interlocking circle and bold, flowing “P” and “R” forms represent the union of purity and renewal. The unbroken circle reflects wholeness, breath, and the natural cycles of life, while the ascending lines suggest rising energy channels, or nadis, that support movement, vitality, and inner balance.

The subtle triangular peak within the emblem evokes Agni, the sacred fire of transformation and digestion in Ayurveda. It represents the inner force that helps align body, mind, and spirit. The horizontal crossbars provide a sense of grounding and stability, reflecting the earth element and the balanced relationship between the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

Together, the emblem expresses the heart of PRANA: pure rejuvenation, natural alignment, and the continuous journey toward harmony.
